If you love photography, but you’ve lost your photo mojo and you want to get a turbo injection of creativity then this workshop is for you! The workshop focuses on a laidback approach to the technical bits, aims to empower you with the skills and confidence to have fun and be creative with your camera – it’s all about the adventures in life.
This is for you if…. // You want to improve your photo technique // Develop your creative eye // You want to learn in an informal & fun way
// The workshop is run by photographer Lucy Williams, who has been running photography workshops for ten years, both in the UK and overseas and for schools, organisations and charities and at The V&A.
The venue is The Lord Palmerston, Dartmouth Park Hill, Tufnell Park, NW5 1HU. From 11am till 4pm, lunch isn’t included but there is delicious food just down the stairs within the pub (a great opportunity to keep chatting whilst we eat). £90 p/p.
So what are you waiting for give us a bell on 07968 097 219 (Lucy) or 07747 073 591 (Kate). Or drop us a line at hello@myheartskipped.co.uk for booking or more details.
Please come and help us for this annual deep litter clean.
We had a great turnout last year, but the litter bugs have been back and we need lots of volunteers to help remove fly tipping, waste and litter. This year the event will only be for the one day. We’ll be going into the depths of the undergrowth to see what surprises lie in store. From past experience we expect to find everything including the kitchen sink (in case you’re anticipating a refurb). Key to making this a fun and productive event is getting a big turn out as we did last year. Everyone involved was unanimous in commenting how rewarding the day had been and we were delighted with the result. Bring family and friends along and make it a day to remember.
We will supply gloves, litter pickers and bags. Strong footwear is essential. This event is organised with assistance from Haringey Council Parks Department

In another exclusive circus double-bill, Efecto Chopped and Out of Order present two tender and beautiful pieces.
In an elegant and graceful fusion of two artforms, Cul de Sac features international juggler Jose Triguero and Chinese pole artist Gemma Palomar.
Meeting Point combines contemporary dance and aerial straps and hand to hand in order to create original, powerful and innovating physical performances. It tells the story of a journey; the paths we choose as individuals and the moments our paths cross with others.

Fresh from our acclaimed 40th birthday production Throwback, and continuing our partnership with the rising stars of UK circus, Silver Lining returns for this one-off special fusion of live music and stunning circus. Featuring a host of multi-talented musical circus artists, expect singers on handstands, torch songs on cyr wheels and arias in the air.
On roller-skates and in the air, two women revisit the interweaving stories of their past lives and loves – from the post-war optimism of the late 1940s to the domestic realities of the 1950s and beyond.
Bella Kinetica’s circus theatre show has physical feats that will take your breath away as they skate, spin and fly across the stage.
Featuring the recorded experiences of real women and with a fabulous soundtrack of 40s and 50s music; Life on Wheels is a gentle, moving look back in time.
8PM & 3PM (Sat matinee)
Myths remixed: the classic story of Persephone is retold with live music, aerial acrobatics, fire, dance and mime. A high impact show full of hope and sorrow, it’s Greek mythology but not as you know it as this tale of love, choice and empowerment gets a contemporary circus twist. Chivaree Circus will take you on a journey and leave you ready to embrace an eternity in Hades.

David Bowie loved the circus, and we love David Bowie.
Jacksons Lane pays its respects with a once-in-a-lifetime night of spectacular sound and vision that we think will blow your minds. Performers from across the globe come together to celebrate Ziggy, the Thin White Duke, and maybe even Jareth the Goblin King as they choose their favourite Bowie look and song for a night of spaceman-inspired circus that’s out of this world.
