Style is Hatha yoga with various influences – gentle, but still delivering strength and flexibility.   Come and try a class to enhance your sense of wellbeing, release stress and tension and to experience deep relaxation    Mats provided, free parking (for now, but check signs!) no need to book – just turn up. The class is in the beautiful church – it’s set back a bit and has big blue doors. The class is mixed level/mixed ability/mixed age. I am a registered BWY teacher and fully insured. The popularity of Riverdance and Lord of the Dance showed the world how energetic and inspirational Irish dance can be, at Celtic Star we aspire to recreate those exciting experiences for your child.

Our syllabus, developed through 40 years of experience uses carefully designed exercises, props and music where children have fun learning different Irish dances routines…

Children have the option of working towards an exciting performance day if they wish, where they receive a certificate and medal which provides a great sense of achievement.

We believe participating in our classes improves fitness, self esteem, creativity and teamwork, whilst instilling co-ordination, balance and concentration
