Highgate Horticultural Society’s Autumn Flower Show, come along and look at the marvellous exhibits and then pause for a cup of tea and a slice of cake! Come along to our Autumn show and marvel at the wonderful flowers, fruit and vegetables on display. If you are a keen flower arranger or a wiz in the kitchen then there is something for you too! You can revive yourself with afternoon tea with our delicious cakes, visit our plant, produce and raffle stalls and bid for some of the donated exhibits at our famous auction! New members and exhibitors are always welcome, see our website for how to join.
The original hippy musical HAIR made its debut on the London stage in Autumn 1968.
Fifty years on, some of the original cast members get back together to talk about their experience of being in the very first rock musical.
Paul Nicholas, Annabel Leventon and Peter Straker have all gone on to be major stars in British theatre.
We are hoping that other cast members from HAIR will join Paul, Annabel and Peter. Come and listen to them talk about that wonderful period of love and peace. Help us recreate the Age of Aquarius and Let The Sunshine In!
There will also be a few old film clips to remind everyone what a hippy happy time we enjoyed in the Swinging Sixties.

As an added bonus this year the historic library will be open for a book sale on Saturday 9 April and Sunday 10 April.
