The iron cube on the stage is a small mansion, a family home for the strange characters, and it fills with vulnerability and violence. Globally Wanted is a performance of absurd happenings told through circus, acrobatics, parkour, physical theatre and an ingenious design. Dynamic young clarinettist Joseph Shiner will perform the London premiere of Freya Waley-Cohen’s Nocturne, alongside works by Weber, Lutoslawski and others. A recipient of numerous solo prizes, Joseph has also performed at venues including St John’s Smith Square and the Wigmore Hall. He is a member of the Magnard Ensemble and has collaborated with the Endellion and Alauda Quartets.

A collective of acrobats, aerialists and jugglers from eight different countries come together for 60 minutes to explore what brings us together and what pushes us apart. The ensemble have spent the past two years working and training together at Le Lido, Toulouse, a circus school which places the artist at the centre of what concerns them. Driving for artistic autonomy and authenticity, Le Lido searches for what makes each artist unique.
