We are holding a new workshop on Sunday 15 September 2013. The workshop will teach you how to sing in different styles and how to project your voice in several techniques.
This fun & practical workshop is suitable for those who have some singing experience (like singing at choirs/school/or karaoke). Total beginners are welcome too as we’ll be catching up with basic breathing & vocal projection.
This level 2 workshop will include:
Individual & group coaching
Solo singing – please bring your own song (must be emailed one week in advance)
A final performing session
The repertoire:We’ll be working on the following songs & styles:
Operetta, The Threepenny Opera: Ballad of Mack the Knife
Ivor Novello: We’ll Gather Lilacs
Jazz: It Don’t Mean a Thing (If It Ain’t Got That Swing)
Certificate: On completion of the level 2 you will receive a certificate of achievement for having completed and demonstrated competence in the workshop program.

Singing in London was founded by Idit Gold. Idit is actively involved and hosts each session, overseeing the members progress and development. She shares that passion we all have, to sing, enjoy and to share this with others.
The Singing in Highgate Club was opened in October 2006 with a group of local residents. The club has since opened it's doors to other passionate singers from across London.
Club members perform a number of shows every year mostly for fund raising. This includes a traditional Carol singing at The Flask in Highgate Village and supporting The Whittington Hospital.

If you love to sing, whatever your level of experience, we offer a fun and friendly environment to enjoy singing musical theatre and performing. We offer opportunities for solos, duets and small groups to showcase their talents.

Highgate Club is located at Lauderdale House at Highgate Village. There is a great ambiance at the club and the singing leaves you on a high note long after the session ends.
