Jacksons Lane – past, present and future

An online Zoom event
Jacksons Lane Arts Centre is a multi-arts venue in Highgate, located in a Grade II listed former Wesleyan Methodist church. The building is a hub of the local community and beyond, providing a home to a 166 capacity theatre, a large scale dance and rehearsal studio, a cafe-bar and other multi-purpose spaces. The history of its founding over 40 years ago is a tale of “can do” by determined individuals and its development into a world renowned centre for innovative theatrical, dance and circus work makes a fascinating tale. The centre is on the eve of major restorations work and their CEO, Monique Deletent will bring us up to date on where they are now together with contributions from those who have been part of the story since its founding.
