The Highgate Literary and Scientific Institute (HLSI) are holding their annual Winter fair – Christmas Magic – with a free preview on Friday 28 November at 5.30pm for people at work and who can’t make it to the fair on Saturday 29 November, 11am to 5pm. Many stalls selling wondrous things, and there is a Tombola and a Lucky Dip for children! The building itself is a joy to visit. See you there for mulled wine and mince pies.
