Please join Gloria Davenport as she shares with us the pleasure of cooking lamb, flavoured with an aromatic mix of spices from the East, slowly roasted in the oven and savour the moments as your kitchen is filled with the fragrance of a Levantine bazaar. He studied problems of infections acquired within hospitals and helped to found and edit a journal dedicated to this subject.
